Paul established Bramwell Consulting in 2018 to offer project controls and dispute resolution services to the built environment sector. Paul has grown the business organically building upon the long standing relationships which he has developed throughout his career in the UK and overseas. He enjoys the challenges which the built environment offers and is in his element when he can support a client by reducing time related risks on their project. He creates rigorous processes for projects to implement controls and presents insights to alternative digital solutions. Paul offers a full development lifecycle solution which is one of the unique business service offerings. This includes, working with the client team to produce the overall development schedule, managing the schedule during the delivery phase and onto the concluding chapter of the project with the provision of time related dispute resolution services.

Lee brings his practical knowledge of the construction industry to his Senior Planning Consultant role at Bramwell Consulting. He has 20 years of experience of working with main contractors on a range of commercial and residential projects throughout the UK. His first hand site experience is utilised to develop robust construction sequence phasing in his project schedules. Lee is a strong believer of a collaborative approach to develop a construction schedule and enjoys working with the team to establish a sense of ownership for the end product. Lee has a passion for offsite manufacturing techniques and he brings this valuable knowledge to each of his projects.

Diana has a unique talent to extract the raw data from a live construction project to establish the status of a schedule. She has a passion for production planning and short term collaborative planning. She is in her element when she can support the team to identify the risks to productivity and how these can be reduced through setting short term targets. Diana has the ability to bring the team members together to build improved reliability into planning and production during the construction phase where it has the largest impact on the traditional metrics.

Diana has supported a number of large projects and she has trained several teams to implement Lean Planning techniques. She takes delight in facilitating production meetings to identify the blockers to the productivity in the project. Diana extracts the core data and assists the team in setting production targets to develop a reliable construction schedule. When Diana is not working on Production Planning, she is busy managing her property developments in Spain. If she has any time left, you can find Diana practising her dancing salsa skills.

After completing his apprenticeship with a large multi-disciplined Building Services Contractor, Spiros joined an MEP Consulting Engineering Practise, becoming a Regional Director. After which, he became an Equity Partner in a small Building Services Consultancy.

Spiros’ specialist skills have enabled him to establish a niche MEP advisory role within the industry. Sprios combines his building services knowledge with his passion for the built environment to solve the problems which arise throughout the course of a project. His wealth of experience provides the client with the assurance that their interests will be protected at all times.

Lewis has graduated with a BSc in Mathematics and Economics and is currently undertaking an MSc in Digital and Technology Solutions. He takes pride in translating data into valuable and comprehensible insights, with the goal of improving a client’s ability to make informed business decisions. He specialises in data management, analysis and visualisation techniques. To analyse his data he uses a number of software applications including R Python and PowerBI.

Lewis enjoys the challenge of identifying the narrative hidden within the data and clearly presenting the results in a variety of formats. He presents the data to his clients with the use of interactive dashboards and infographics. He also offers the ability to translate complex operational requirements into bespoke solutions and is always looking to develop his skillset.
