PMO Platforms
Bramwell Consulting offers cloud-based Project Management Office (PMO) solutions as part of our project controls services. We assess the client’s PMO maturity level to develop a suitable solution, which could be implemented at an individual task level with detailed schedules and resource allocation. The PMO solution streamlines the project by monitoring workflows and completing project-specific tasks efficiently. Alternatively, we can provide high-level guidance to implement the PMO solution and offer project monitoring via specific reporting dashboards for a hybrid approach. Our PMO solutions include various functionalities to ensure successful project delivery and provide our clients with a toolset to meet their project goals.

To maximise the efficiency of the project we utilise lean planning techniques. We have experience of implementing lean techniques at all stages of a project to resolve challenges in the schedule. Our approach is to be flexible so we can undertake lean planning workshops as a one-off for the project or on a regular basis to assist the project team to meet their goals.

Our project controls and programme management skills are used to monitor projects on behalf of an array of clients. We offer a service which provides regular site progress reviews to determine the status of a project and the potential variances from the planned position. This role is independent of the delivery team and is offered on behalf of the Employer as an independent verification role. This role ensures that the relevant governance procedures are implemented for different funding release models.
